            Chen Su: Chairman of AHEAD Software Group and president of AHEAD College. He was born in 1961; he is the Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Chinese Foreign Economics and Trade University , the 11th representative of Party Congresses in Jiangxi Province , and member of the CPPCC National Committee in Jiangxi Province . Meanwhile, he holds many social posts, such as national deputy secretary-general of technical committee of blue and green information of association for science and technology, deputy chairman of entrepreneur's club of Nanchang , honorary president of young entrepreneur's association of Nanchang , visiting professor in Software School of Nanchang University and Information School of Jiangxi University of Finance & Economics and so on.

            Mr. Chen Su joined the army in 1976; he was assigned to work in the Provincial Party committee in Jiangxi of the Communist Youth League after he left the army in 1982, he duties as cadres of organization department of Provincial Party committee of group, the deputy secretary of Youth League committee of organizations directly under the province, etc. He founded Nanchang Ahead Industrial Co., Ltd., predecessor of Ahead Software Group, in 1994. Mr. Chen Su has been having an optimistic view and insisting on the development in the field of software all the time, since he founded Ahead Group. Under his leadership, after being ranked the key software enterprises in the overall arrangement of the country's plan, ahead software started the construction of the base of domestic software of ahead software of base of 863-achievement industrialization of country in 2002, And began to establish Jiangxi Vocational Institute of Ahead Software and Technology, one of the 35 demonstrative software vocational institutes of country at the beginning of 2004.
