Bangalore of India held “ Sino-India IT education strategy cooperative project signing ceremony ” in Ahead College on 9 th , April, 2006, when they start “ future star of Sino-India IT ” project together ， and they plan to train 10,000 software outsourcing talents within five years!

            As Indian software industry's accumulation city, Bangalore is honored as “the Asian Silicon Valley”, and it becomes the example that China should learn from then developing software industry. In recent years, some domestic cities propose making " Bangalore " of China one after another. However, Miss Mumtaz Begum, visiting mayor of Bangalore, points out that a regional development of software industry include a series of factor such as market capacity, industrial policy, risk investment and personnel training, etc. Only as regards cultivation of IT talents, she thinks though there are some software institute already in China , need in continue, improvement at training idea. Firstly, it's language. The rapid development of Indian software industry owes a lot to that their official language is English. A lot of students in high school are skilled in using English, which is the biggest obstacle to Chinese students; secondly, it's training mode. Chinese universities and training institutions emphasize particularly on the training of academic knowledge, but software technique is a kind of applied skill, it needs more training on the work ability of students; thirdly, it's the training of self-study. Because software technique develops very fast, software workers must update their own knowledge at any moment to adapt the develop trend of this industry. As for this, Miss Mumtaz Begum shows admiration on the training concept of Ahead, which is “All that be learned is new, all that be taught is used”. She thinks it explains the true meaning of the education for IT talents, she also suggests Sino-Indian comprehensive cooperation in IT education field.

             Ahead College is one of the first batch of demonstrative vocational institute of software and technology in our country, it's founded by Ahead software group, which is one of the 100 tops of national software enterprises.
