A few days ago, Jiangxi vocational institute of Ahead software and technology and International game institute of Seoul of South Korea, signed cooperative agreement of running a school, which started the project of training game designing teachers. And they plan to regard this as basic point, to train game designing talents in Nanchang in enormous quantities two years later.

            In recent years, the computer game industry rises in the whole world rapidly. As one of the global most developed countries of game industry, South Korea has accumulated abundant experience in training game talents, developing game software and expanding game products, etc. China is regarded as the country with most game players; however, the development of the domestic game products has been difficult to be strong all the time. To trace to the reason, it is that lacking a large number of game designers, and deficient teachers for game designing major becoming the key factor. Relevant data statistics shows that there are nearly 1000 companies developing games in all at present in our country, the vacancies for game developing talents would be over 5,000 the following several years.

            Li Danshou, president of the International game institute of Seoul of South Korea, points out that this time they unite cast the city university in South Korea and DIP etc.education scientific research institution, drawing support from their rich teachers' strength, to train the first 50 games teachers for game developing major with Ahead College together, aim at establishing the foundation for training more game designers in the future. It's reported that these 50 students will go to study in South Korea for one year and specially study the game developing technology, after the half-year-training for Korean in Ahead College, and enter South Korea or Korea-invested game enterprise to practise for half a year, then get back to Ahead College to engage in the teaching in game developing major subsequently.

            Mr. Chen Su, Chairman of Ahead Software Group, President of Ahead College, thinks that it's worthy for Chinese enterprises and education institutions to learn the developing experience in game industry from Korea . If we can transplant talent's training mode of the game of South Korea to China, cultivating game developing and design talents that needed badly by companies in enormous quantities, which can not only help push the development of game industry of our country rapidly, but also make computer professional student solve the issue of " graduates to be the unemployment " even more easily.
